Lesley has over 20 years experience in Management having worked in Retail and Sales before joining DFPF Ltd in 1995 as a Training Officer. She became a member of the Management team in 1998 and a Director in 2001. Lesley coordinates the NVQ Health and Social Care ApprenticeshipsNI programme along with verifying and assessing NVQ’s in Retail, Management and Learning & Development and delivering a wide range of accredited and corporate training to SME’s throughout Northern Ireland.
