After leaving university with a BSc (Hons) Combined Sciences Patricia gained employment with Graham Training (DFPF Ltd acquisitioned Graham’s in 2008) while working within training Patricia completed various teaching and assessors awards. Patricia has 10 years experience in the operational management and development of government funded programmes, including YTP, JTP, Adult Guidance centres, Work Track, Jobskills and New Deal. Currently Patricia is Centre Manager at People 1st Lisburn were her responsibilities include co-ordination of the Sport and Recreation, Retail, Distribution and Horse Care apprenticeships.
