The Training for Success (TfS) Programme is for school leavers aged 16 to 18 years old. Employers in Northern Ireland can benefit from having TfS learners working within their organisations are being provided with specific vocational training and qualifications.

For the learner you will provide essential work experience or job sampling within your industry/business area. In return you will be investing in your business and workforce as well as helping to ensure the Northern Ireland economy has a skilled and motivated workforce of the future.

Through the TfS programme learners as well as completing vocational qualifications and training will receive personal development. This includes areas such as confidence building and self esteem, learning about diversity within the world of work and motivation skills.
