DFPF Ltd are pleased to announce that the organisation is the first training provider in Northern Ireland to achieve Putting the Customer First® Standard. The standard, Putting the Customer First ® is the National Standard for customer service accredited by the awarding body Customer First UK Ltd.
The assessment process for the standard has helped keep our focus on three key areas, building customer relationships, maximising market awareness and developing our people. The achievement of this standard shows the organisation’s dedication to providing excellent customer service and improving customer relationships. The DFPF mission statement “See your ambition become reality” fits with the ethos of this standard and is testament to our ongoing commitment to our customers.
